Prenatal Massage
A must for the mother-to-be. Our specially designed pregnancy table allows you to comfortably lie on your stomach while receiving your treatment. The therapist will aide in relieving discomfort that may arise at each stage of your pregnancy. Areas of focus include mid and lower back pain, hip discomfort and swollen ankles and feet. Relaxing! Great gift idea: purchase a package of three or more 60-minute prenatal treatments for $60 each.

Sports Massage
Our pre-event treatment involves vigorous massage strokes to warm up the muscles followed by guided stretching to increase muscle length and function. Our post-event treatment involves deep Swedish massage strokes to soothe sore overworked muscles. Special attention is given to ligaments and muscle attachment points that may be strained and overworked.

Hot Stone Massage
The ultimate in relaxation. The therapist palms heated basalt stones, relaxing the muscles with deep moist heat. Hot stones are then placed along the spine to increase your relaxation experience while the therapist continues to massage your legs. The massage is finished with a tranquil head and neck massage.

Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage
