Athletic Therapy
You don't need to be an Athlete to benefit from an Athletic Therapy Treatment. Athletic Therapy can help clients of all ages. If you have experienced an injury from playing your favorite sport, or have pre or post surgery aches and pains an Athletic Therapy treatment can help you get back to optimal health.

Our Athletic Therapist will guide you through a flow of assessment, diagnosis, treatment and exercise to create a sustainable plan for you to succeed. They will guide you through each follow up treatment to maximize your potential for return to sport, play, and work.
Athletic Therapy treatments are covered by most major private insurances. We can help you direct bill to Manitoba Blue Cross, Green Shield Canada, MPI and WCB. If you have benefits for Athletic Therapy services with any other insurance provider, we will issue you a receipt at the end of your treatment that can be used to submit your own claim for reimbursement to your insurance provider.

Initial appointment: will include a through history and assessment of any injuries or specific conditions. The treatment will include, manual therapy, mild to moderate exercise depending on a clients specific needs and injuries, and home programs.

Follow up appointment: will include guided exercises, manual therapy as indicated, and reassessments as needed. Home programs will be updated and modified at each appointment to maintain progress.
