Our specialty massages are focused to treat specific conditions and to aid in bringing the body back into balance.

Our massage therapists have taken additional training courses to learn these specific techniques.

Time is taken by your RMT to warm up and prepare the muscles for treatment.

Communication is important during these treatments to ensure comfort levels are maintained, as the intensity of these treatments may cause some discomfort. It is always best to consult your physician if you have concerns before receiving any of these treatments.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Aromatherapy

The ultimate relaxation, as we combine a blended infused essential oil with a muscle relieving heat treatment for your body and mind. You can continue the stress relieving effects of this treatment at home, as the blended oil that is used in your treatment will be yours to take with you.

Cupping Massage

Cupping Therapy has been used in Chinese medicine for thousands of years. Suction cups are used to facilitate soft tissue release and to loosen and lift connective tissue. Through the compression of a silicone cup, suction is created on the area of the body to which the cup is placed. The Massage Therapist slides the cup along the body until softening of the muscle and connective tissue is observed. Oil is used to help the cups glide smoothly. This technique is known as massage cupping or "moving cups." The cups may also be placed stationary on specific joints or muscles depending on clients needs.

Instrument Assisted Massage

This massage is used for therapy and rehabilitation, not relaxation.  You need to be prepared to feel some discomfort during a deep tissue massage and even after.  This treatment is used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It targets the inner layers of your muscles and is used to treat muscle and tendon injuries, pain, and stiffness in your major muscle groups and joints.

Ear Candling

Ear Candling is an ancient, natural technique of removing excess wax build-up and toxins from the ear canal. During the session a hollow candle made of beeswax and cotton is gently inserted into the ear. The top of the candle is lit and while the candle slowly burns, smoke enters the ear canal to warm and loosen wax. The flame creates a gentle vacuum effect that draws ear wax and candida yeast residue from past infections into the candle. The session is very relaxing and begins and ends with a gentle head and neck massage.
Ear candling is beneficial for: itchy ears, headaches, sinus congestion, allergies, sore throat, tinnitus, vertigo, and snoring.
