Your RMT will work with you to determine the proper treatment needed to aid in bringing your body back to optimal health. The patient intake form that you fill out when you come in will assist your RMT in determining the suitable course of action that needs to be taken.

Relaxation Massage

Soft and gentle massage strokes are used to soothe and relax the body and mind. Light kneading eases tender muscles during this massage that is completed with a tranquil head and neck massage. Recommended for stress, anxiety and rebalancing.

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is the most traditional form of massage. Gentle but firm Swedish petrissage strokes are used while gradually increasing pressure. Special attention is given to release trigger points or muscle knots. These strokes encourage proper circulation throughout the body. This massage is recommended for whiplash, tendonitis, back pain, poor flexibility, headaches, and general muscular aches and pains.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is generally used to treat musculoskeletal issues such as strains, and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of the muscles and connective tissues. 
This helps to break up scar tissue, and promotes faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.
